By paying the required deposit for your driving course you are indicating that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Definitions
You refers to the person named on the application form as the pupil.
We/ Us refers to EZ Driving Courses.
All driving courses must be paid for in full on arrival, if paying by cheque funds must have cleared at least 1 week before your course is due to begin, without this your driving course cannot be started.
Both you and your instructor will require to be punctual and reliable. After making contact with your instructor suitable times between yourselves will be agreed on including any breaks for lunch etc (note any breaks taken will not be deducted from your in car tuition time).
We always use fully qualified ADI’s that will teach you using the methods required to achieve the high standards needed to pass the DSA driving test. Your instructor will not smoke in the vehicle, and will be patient, polite and friendly.
Make sure you have all the necessary documents before you arrive as failure to do so will prevent you from taking your theory (if required) or practical driving test.
You will be required to read a registration number form a distance of 20.5 metres (67 feet) therefore bring appropriate eyewear if needed.
Once a course is booked, no fees are refundable unless we cannot provide you with an instructor either through illness, vehicle breakdowns or any other unforeseen circumstances.
You must not be under the influence of drink or drugs at any time during your driving course. If we or a representative of our school detects any signs of this, the remainder of the course will be terminated and you will lose all fees paid.
You are expected to show good behaviour and manners at all times during your stay. Any abusive behaviour, damage, or unseemly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your driving course, without refund.
If you have any issues your instructor should be able to resolve this if not then call our helpline number during normal office hours.
No guarantee can be made as to the availability of theory or driving tests as this is beyond our control, but in the unlikely event that a test cannot be provided your test fees will be refunded in full.
If at the end of the driving course your driving ability is deemed to be below the required standard and maybe a danger to yourselves, third parties or property then we reserve the right to withdraw you from sitting a driving test. No refunds will be made.
